Our mission is to create a high-quality, accessible, inclusive, and nurturing early childhood education ecosystem for the future of every child.

Core Values of the Association

A Self-Regulating Organization (SRO) is a non-profit organization established in a legal form prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (as an association (union), public association, or other forms).

  • 100% enrollment of children in early childhood education

    To ensure access to quality early childhood education programs for children aged 2 to 6 across all regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regardless of their place of residence, social status, or developmental needs.

  • Funding: At least 1–2% of GDP

    To achieve an increase in the total volume of public and private investment in the field of early childhood education to 1–2% of Gross Domestic Product (GDP). This goal aligns with the recommendations of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) for the sustainable development of early childhood growth.

  • Implementation of inclusion standards in preschool organizations

    To establish a system that ensures the principles of inclusive education in all early childhood organizations, providing accessibility for children with special educational needs and fostering diversity within the learning environment.

    A high internal culture of quality and ethics: we set and maintain our own standards.

    Қазақстан Республикасының барлық өңірлерінде, балалардың тұрғылықты жеріне, әлеуметтік жағдайына немесе даму ерекшеліктеріне қарамастан, 2 жастан 6 жасқа дейінгі балалар үшін сапалы мектепке дейінгі білім беру бағдарламаларына қолжетімділікті қамтамасыз ету.

    Мектепке дейінгі білім беру саласына мемлекеттік және жеке инвестициялардың жиынтық көлемін жалпы ішкі өнімнің (ЖІӨ) 1–2%-ына дейін көбейтуге қол жеткізу.
